This system included:
A LinkedIn outreach and meeting booking system that:
1. Tracks every lead through multiple engagement stages—from connection request to booked meeting.
2. Generates daily action lists (like liking posts, commenting, sending DMs, and follow-ups).
3. Logs who received lead magnets and when, while auto-creating a Google Drive folder with scraped info and ChatGPT analysis for personalization.
4. Monitors campaign performance by tracking replies, which messages get responses, and total outreach volume.
5. Keeps all data in one dashboard so no lead is lost or forgotten..
The Strategy We Used
We combined Airtable, LinkedIn data enrichment, Google Drive automation, and ChatGPT-powered lead analysis into one daily workflow:

Daily to-do prompts so I know exactly which leads to engage and how.

Why we built this
