How we booked 5-7 meetings a week consistently with LinkedIn.

LinkedIn Outreach Tracker

Here’s what we built

Screenshot of an outreach tracker dashboard showing a pie chart of actions for today, with categories for commenting, sending DMs, and follow-ups, and a list of contacts with linked URLs and their current follow-up status.

This system included:

  • A LinkedIn outreach and meeting booking system that:

    • 1. Tracks every lead through multiple engagement stages—from connection request to booked meeting.

    • 2. Generates daily action lists (like liking posts, commenting, sending DMs, and follow-ups).

    • 3. Logs who received lead magnets and when, while auto-creating a Google Drive folder with scraped info and ChatGPT analysis for personalization.

    • 4. Monitors campaign performance by tracking replies, which messages get responses, and total outreach volume.

    • 5. Keeps all data in one dashboard so no lead is lost or forgotten..

The Strategy We Used

Flowchart illustrating the lead generation and conversion process, starting with LinkedIn lead connection, followed by daily action prompts, lead research for insights, and ending with a scheduled meeting confirmation.

We combined Airtable, LinkedIn data enrichment, Google Drive automation, and ChatGPT-powered lead analysis into one daily workflow:

  1. Stage tracking to see exactly where each prospect is in the pipeline.

  2. Automated lead research to give me personalized talking points for every meeting.

  3. Daily to-do prompts so I know exactly which leads to engage and how.

  4. Performance analytics to optimize future outreach campaigns based on real engagement data.

Why we built this

Screenshot of a LinkedIn outreach tracker spreadsheet showing contacts, their LinkedIn URLs, niche categories, company names, actions to take, and current stage in the outreach process, with colored labels for various categories.

Before this system, I manually managed LinkedIn outreach—keeping track of conversations, remembering who to follow up with, and deciding what to send next. This led to missed opportunities, forgotten follow-ups, and inconsistent booking rates.

I needed a repeatable, automated process that would keep me on top of every lead, every day, and allow me to scale without burning out.

The Transformation

Partner’s Investment Cost for their System: $3,468 USD

The amount shown reflects this client’s unique scope at the time of engagement. No two systems are exactly the same. Investment costs vary significantly.
