A Clear Plan To Find The Next 10 Co Authors

The goal of this campaign is to identify accomplished women with meaningful stories, start genuine conversations with them, and move the strongest candidates toward applying for Volume 2 of The Rise of the Self Led Woman.

The offer

What Makes This Opportunity Different

This is not simply an opportunity to place a chapter inside a book. It is a guided storytelling, publishing, visibility, podcast, and community experience for women with a meaningful story to share.

01

They Do Not Start With A Blank Page

Each woman begins with a guided podcast style conversation. Her spoken story is then shaped into a strong first draft chapter.

02

They Become A Published Co Author

Contributors receive a dedicated chapter, professional publishing support, author recognition, and inclusion in the coordinated book launch.

03

They Build Visibility

The experience includes podcast exposure, promotional support, author spotlights, and opportunities to strengthen their public credibility.

04

They Join A Community

The series brings together women who value resilience, reinvention, leadership, personal growth, and meaningful impact.

05

They Keep Their Story

Each contributor retains ownership of her original chapter content while becoming part of the larger published collection.

06

They Can Use The Book

Co authors can purchase copies at author pricing, sell them independently, and use the book for speaking, workshops, events, client gifts, and brand growth.

Strategy discussion

Questions We Need To Answer Together

Before launching anything, we need to understand the current enrollment numbers, what has already been tested, and how the existing VA is being used.

We need to know the number of open places, the current enrollment gap, and how much time remains before the volume needs to be full.

Meeting notes:

The deadline determines the amount of daily outreach, the number of leads required, and how quickly interested women need to move into the application process.

Meeting notes:

We want to identify which audiences, relationships, messages, referrals, and communities already produced the strongest contributors.

Meeting notes:

This helps us separate completely new prospects from women who are already aware of the series but have not yet committed.

Meeting notes:

We need to know whether the biggest concern is price, time, confidence, uncertainty about the process, or hesitation about sharing a personal story.

Meeting notes:

We need to understand whether the VA is building lead lists, sending messages, managing replies, following up, updating records, or handling several unrelated responsibilities.

Meeting notes:

We should review connection requests, messages sent, follow ups, replies, applications, booked calls, and the time it takes to respond to interested women.

Meeting notes:

The issue could be lead quality, message quality, outreach volume, inconsistent follow up, unclear responsibilities, slow response times, or a lack of tracking.

Meeting notes:

We want the campaign to create enough activity to fill the volume without creating more conversations than the current sales process can handle.

Meeting notes:

We should agree on the most important result before launch, whether that is applications, agreement review calls, deposits, completed enrollments, or a combination of those outcomes.

How We Would Build The Campaign

The campaign would focus on women who already have a meaningful transformation story and a clear reason to value visibility, authorship, community, and professional credibility.

The strongest campaign angle

We would not lead by asking women to pay to join a book. We would start by recognizing the story behind their work, asking whether they have considered sharing it publicly, and then introducing the guided co author experience when interest is established.

Step 01

Find The Right Women

Identify founders, coaches, leaders, consultants, speakers, and professionals with visible stories of resilience or reinvention.

Step 02

Start A Real Conversation

Open with a specific observation about their work, story, mission, or transformation.

Step 03

Introduce The Opportunity

Explain that the series helps women turn their lived experience into a published story without starting from a blank page.

Step 04

Move Them To Apply

Send qualified women to the application and prepare them for the agreement review conversation.

Step 05

Track And Improve

Monitor replies, objections, applications, calls, deposits, and enrollments so the campaign improves over time.

Option One

We Manage Your Current VA

We provide the system, campaign strategy, daily instructions, lead lists, messages, tracking, and quality control while your existing VA handles the daily campaign activity.

Review the VA’s current process and responsibilities
Create the target candidate profile
Provide targeted lead lists
Create the outreach and follow up messages
Give the VA clear daily outreach instructions
Review campaign activity and message quality
Track replies, applications, calls, and enrollments

What Kassandra Would Still Control

Kassandra would approve the campaign direction, confirm which women are a strong fit, answer important offer questions, review qualified applications, and lead the co author agreement conversations. KeroLaunch would focus on building and managing the path that gets the right women into those conversations.

Flexible ways to begin

Total collected revenue $22,500 CAD
KeroLaunch share at 10 percent $2,250 CAD
Kassandra retains before expenses $20,250 CAD

At $2,250 CAD per co author, KeroLaunch receives $225 CAD for each co author generated through the campaign. If ten co authors enroll, KeroLaunch receives $2,250 CAD in total.

We only get paid when you do.

The guarantee applies only under the final written agreement and requires timely campaign approval, access to required accounts, consistent outreach activity, accurate lead and payment tracking, prompt response to interested candidates, attendance at scheduled review calls, and completion of the agreed campaign process.

Final scope, start date, campaign responsibilities, lead attribution, revenue reporting, payment schedule, guarantee period, and refund terms will be confirmed in writing before the campaign begins.

A note from Christian

Kassandra, It Was Great Talking With You

I want to start by saying that what you have built with The Rise of the Self Led Woman is meaningful. You are giving women a way to turn difficult experiences, personal growth, and lessons they have earned into something that can help other people.

The plan we discussed is to begin by studying the women who joined Volume 1. We will use that group to build a clear ideal co author profile based on the types of women who already understood the value, connected with the mission, and were willing to invest in the experience.

From there, we will use our proprietary software and research process to find more women who match that profile. We will look for women with similar stories, professional backgrounds, public signals, interests, and reasons to value authorship, visibility, community, and meaningful impact.

We will then create personalized outreach for those women, manage the campaign process, track the conversations, and help move qualified candidates into your application and co author agreement review process.

If you'd like to see a preview of the specific outreach plan before committing, I just need a list of the women from Vol. 1 and their LinkedIn URLs if you have them. I can send that over in the morning.

We are excited about the opportunity to help you build the next volume, reach more women with powerful stories, and create a process that can continue supporting future volumes as the series grows.
