Before We Start
Here are the main things you should know before the system goes live.
How much work is needed from you?
Very little after onboarding. We need a short kickoff call, brand details, offer details, access to needed tools, and feedback when scripts or assets need approval.
What do we handle?
KeroLaunch handles the targeting, outreach messaging, email campaign, dashboard setup, free offer funnel, follow up structure, setter coordination, and system upkeep.
When does it go live?
Outreach begins once the dashboard, first lead list, scripts, setters, and email system are ready. The full free offer funnel is connected after the first outreach system is live.
How do we track results?
Results are tracked inside a custom Airtable dashboard. You will be able to see leads, outreach activity, replies, follow ups, booked conversations, and campaign progress.
What happens if something breaks?
We monitor the system, fix issues, and keep the campaign moving. If an automation, dashboard, email flow, or funnel step breaks, we repair it as part of the system management.
